When the measurement scenario expands from a single device to an entire system, and from local monitoring to global energy management, the SLF5E ultrasonic flowmeter and the SLE5E ultrasonic energy meter demonstrate their system‑level capabilities
These large meters use a split clamp‑on design, with the transducer and transmitter installed separately.
The core value of the large meters lies in the fact that they are not just flowmeters—they are data nodes. Once connected via PoE to a network with Internet access, measurement data can be uploaded to the cloud. The flowmeter provides flow measurement data, while the energy meter can additionally provide temperature and thermal energy data.

By integrating measurement data through supported interfaces or exported cloud data, customers’ AI systems can use historical and real-time data for trend analysis, anomaly detection, load forecasting, and more.

It is important to note that pFlow does not provide AI analytics itself. However, the supported data interfaces provide a stable and continuous measurement data source for customers’ own AI systems. Based on this data, customers can train their models .
